How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Process and analyze voice recordings using AI transcription

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to process your data:

OpenAI (Whisper API)

Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. OpenAI processes audio data according to their privacy policy. Audio is not used to train their models when accessed via API.

Anthropic (Claude API)

Transcribed text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis, including sentiment detection and topic extraction. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use API data for training.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your data is stored securely in Supabase's infrastructure.

Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account
  • Form data is retained until you delete the form
  • Voice recordings are stored as long as the associated form exists
  • You can delete individual responses or entire forms at any time

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Export your form data (CSV/JSON)
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
